My first motion has been done and my wife had her recieved alimony amount and according to settlement she has cancelled the 498a FIR and has withdrawn the Domestic violence case but now in second motion she is denying to attend court and I want to ask can she again reopen or 498a and Domestic violence case or she can file new case on me to harrass me again as their family is sharp minded and want to harrass me

A.Dear Sir,
You can lodge contempt of Court case since she has received part of alimony and signed mutual divorce papers or other relevant papers and now she cannot turn the tables and reopen the cases. You may approach High Court for necessary reliefs.

A.Dear client,
she can not reopen a case under section 4998A of the Indian Penal code. However, she can file a new case if she intends to harass you and have any new pieces of evidence against you even after the first motion of divorce.
