I got a threat from my Mr Anas Khan (brother-in-law), where he threatened that he will murder me if I come to my wife's place. I want legal help regarding the same

A.You need to intimate this to your local police through a general diary and let them know bout all. No need to file an FIR but just intimate the police. You can take help of local lawyer to visit the police station or speak to the lawyer for better clarity.
