Refund issue

I had purchased an online course for Rs.9999/- from online learning portal on 22/10/2021, 12:21 PM.
This was followed by a live webinar where in the end xxx said "if you are skeptical about buying the course, if you feel you have done the course and are not satisfied by anything, they will get a 14 days money back guarantee"
I had watched a few initial videos which was not satisfactory therefore I mailed them that it was not related to my career and I am dissatisfied and want to have a refund on 22/10/2021, 16:09 PM.
Now they refuse saying "we only offer a refund in case we have not delivered the things we have promised during the webinar. There has to be a reason for refund which needs to be related to us not providing the help to queries or the course."
I have reg a complaint to NCH on 22/10/2021. In process
Will I get refund? If not what should I do to get my refund? Help!
