156.3 application pending since 3 months 156.3 application pending since 3 months

I filed police complaint in January 2021. After no action, I approach SSP in May 2021. Still no action, so I filed 156.3 before CJM in August 2021. 5 dates have passed seeking ATR from police. Next date in November to seek ATR. 11 months have passed but not even FIR is being filed. How to get the FIR registered? What should be the next step? Lawyers don't help much and are very lazy to help .

A.Dear Client,
If your complaint is referred to the concerned police station under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C., the concerned police officer is required to file a FIR immediately, after which you may report the matter to the registrar of the High Court to initiate suo-motto contempt proceedings against the concerned police officer for violating the Magistrate's orders.
Thank you!
