Sir i given my supermarket for rent in past two years(11+11 months). But tenant failed to pay my rent for past 9 months. Agreement date is over now they are not willing to give back my shop key. I given with stocks(prouducts) worth 9,40000/- for six month date. They paid only 500000/- remaining amount not been paid till now. Also failed to pay electricity and water bill. How can i get my key back. I am ready to give complaints to the court against them but i need key immediately. I have two loans for my shop. Please help me to solve out.....

A.It is necessary to scrutinize the Rent Agreement for its scope,meaning,effect and legal implication because without perusing the default clauses,legal opinion cannot be given. It is also necessary to know whether you have given that tenant any eviction notice for non-payment of rent or not.
