Service matter pending in Rajasthan state tribunal

Last date of argument has been completed. But tribunal is not giving it's judgement from 3 months. What to do, for judgement.
A.Dear Sir,
You may wait otherwise the judgment go against you or write to the chairman of the Tribunal to release the judgment ASAP.

It is recommended to enquire the tribunal to know the reason as this does not happen usually and they are breaching their duty they are bound to do.
