Iam living in dubai.i have cases in ichapuram court .but till iam not recieved any notice or nothing regarding this .but i know there is case .i want to settle this case .its cheque case

A.Dear Sir,
You can appoint local advocate and get deposit the cheque amount in the court and get settled as per High Court judgment, which allows such settlements.

A.You want to settle the case, better to appoint a local lawyer to defend and attend the case as otherwise there will be serious legal consequences.

A.Court can presume that you have deliberately left the place/ house in order to avoid service of notice.

A.Engage a criminal lawyer through Vidhikarya who is practicing in Ichapuram Court. I am sure Vidhikarya will make the necessary arrangement.

A.You are not required to appear unless u receive a notice from the court.But is advisable to appoint a local advocate through Vidhikarya to appear and resolve the dispute/ case since u are ready to settle the dispute / cheque amount.

A.Find a lawyer of ichapuram court from by searching net. ask his help in getting details of case and stage. Then seeing the amount of liability you can contact other side lawyer and offer to settle.
