Registration of First Information through judicial magistrate u/s 156(3) Registration of First Information through judicial magistrate u/s 156(3)

Police Station In-charge is not registering FIR for illegal mining of my agricultural land and he is telling it is the matter of mutual division of property.I have sent the complain letter to SSP, DM, Commissioner and Chief Minister for registration of FIR for illegal mining of my agricultural land (soil is extracted upto depth of more than 12 ft ) and also mining is done without any permit and without paymentol of mining taxes. I have attached gps photographs of mining activity of my land.
Therefore i want to complain to the nearest judicial magistrate u/s 156(3) read with Section 190 of the criminal procedure thereby requesting the FIR to be registered by the police and commencing investigation into the matter.

Please contact Patna based lawyer for the above activity and also quote the approximate cost for the same.
Thanks

A.Dear client,
instead of complaining about the police and extending the case from the stage of FIR, you can directly approach the judicial magistrate for a complaint and proceed with the matter.
Thank you. Have a nice day.
