False 498A case

పడి ఇంట్లో నుండి వెళ్ళిపోయింది. నేను కాపురానికి రావాలని section 9 conjugal rights కింద case file చేశాను. court నోటీసు ఇచ్చిన తర్వాత, నా భార్య 498A complaint ఇచ్చింది పోలీస్ స్టేషన్లో. నా భార్య marks memos నా దెగ్గిరే ఉన్నాయి. వాటికోసం పోలీస్ స్టేషన్లో 498A complaint ఇచ్చి, అవ్వి ఇవ్వకపోతే case file చేసి జైలుకి పంపిస్తా అని CI తో బెదిరింపులకి దిగుతున్నారు. నేను ఏమి చేయాలి చెప్పగలరు.
