want to make a rent agreement with tenant as a owner. But I am not available over there. How to make a rent agreement without my physical presence.

A.Rent Agreement if in the form of 11 months Leave and License Agreement,then it need not be registered. So after drafting the Leave and License Agreement through your Lawyer in online, you can send it to that Licensee for the signature on his part and then he has to send you that signed document through Courier for your signature thereon. That document can be made in duplicate and then notarized so that one original document will be with the Owner and another Original will be with the Tenant.
