I am not getting my refund back from a travel website(travolook) after constant mails tweet past 20days
what should be my legal step

You being a consumer can file a complaint against the website in consumer forum but before that send a legal notice to that website asking them to compensate your loss if they fail to satisfy you then you can go ahead with filling case in district consumer forum.

A.As Travolook did not resolve your grievance in spite of receiving your online complaint on several occasions,then being a Consumer, you are entitled to send legal notice to Travolook by registered post or by speed post demanding refund thereof along with compensation within stipulated time period and if refund is not done within that stipulated time, then you have to lodge Consumer complaint before the District Commission. National Consumer Helpline can also help you in this regard.
