HI SIR MY FATHER WAS BUY A LAND IN 2012 WITH SALE DEED BUT NOT MUTATED, AFTER WE ARE TRYING TO MUTATED BUT NOT MUTATED IN MRO OFFICE, NOW WE ARE TRYING BUT SURVEY NUMBERS NOT SHOWING IN DHARANI PORTAL, NOW HOW CAN WE SOLVE THIS.

A.There are three kind of Survey numbers- CS, RS and LR. In recent portals you will get LR Survey numbers. To give legal opinion on this issue, it is necessary to scrutinize the registered Purchase Deed of your father to find out which Survey number had been specified therein.
