My original Tenant died last year December, now till date no body from his side (he had Wife, One Son, One Married Daughter left) contacting me and the rented Shop was lock and closed for last one year. I am not getting any rent from their side from March'2020. He was a Medical Shop Owner.

A.Dear client,
The tenant's heirs cannot be allowed to keep using the property without paying rent. You can end the tenancy agreement owing to his death and demand the keys back from them. If they do not agree, you can bring legal action against them.
Thank you.

A.After death of the original tenant, his legal heirs are not entitled to keep that shop under lock and key without paying any rent thereof to the Landlord for prolonged period of time so it is necessary on your part to give Eviction notice in proper and legal manner.
