my wife filled a false dowry fir against me & my wife in 498a/354/377/324/506/506/232/dp3/4 then what should i do while IO demanding 2 lakh rupees for name removal etc

A.Dear Sir,
Better first get anticipatory bail the approach High Court for quashing of the same under Section 482 of Cr.P.C and further get investigation stayed.

A.See what Io is asking you to do is certainly something a lawyer cannot comment much on that but I am just wondering how he will remove your name when you are the prime accused in the case. Anyways fist of all seek anticipatory bail from either session court or high court and then fight the case taking appropriate steps.

A.Dear Client,
File an RTI and get the bills the complainant has attached to support her claims. Kindly consult a lawyer. You can also file multiple cases invoking various sections of IPC like 120B (Criminal Conspiracy), 191 (False Evidence), 197 (False certificate), 499/500 (Defamation), 420 (Cheating), Section 9 of CPC for damage recovery, 468, 471,474 etc.
