Finding legal heir- of a dead person
I need to find the legal heir of a dead person. Have tried all my resources but I am not able to find the legal heir. I wish to know the procedure which is acceptable by court to find the legal heir.
A.Dear Sir,
You may give a paper publication or appoint private deductive agencies to trace out legal heir of dead person or simply file a memo that he left no legal heir.

A.Dear Client,
Yes, it can be done. If you don't have any information on any of the legal heirs: post it in the local newspaper. You may get some information through there. let us know if you require any further assistance.
Thank you!

A.That's a herculean task unless you have some information about any single legal heir. In case you do not have any information on any of the legal heirs then you are left with two choices, one to publish it in the local newspaper or hire a detective and investigation agency to do it for you.
