If a person filed an false affidavit of address proof to get a seat in kendriya vidyalaya school and with forged signature of house owner then what is the punishment..?

A.Dear Client,
If a person voluntarily files a false affidavit, then he/ she can be punished under section 191,193,195 and 199 of the Indian Penal Code for giving false evidence. Punishment for filing a false affidavit is punishable by imprisonment for a term ranging from 3 to 7 years.

A.Dear Sir,
It attracts so many sections and if seriously contested it may be ended in punishment of upto 3 years.
