Sir I have take loan on this application 3500rupees they give me and 64days over due penalty charge over all7800rupees ask me to pay and black mail with me sir what can I do
A.Its the time u black mail them .. n tell that u cannot pay exorbitant charges. N tell u will send legal notice.

It is a small amount and they cannot do anything like approaching Civil Court etc. you just have thick skin and not to respond to their phone calls.

A.See when you have taken the loan then you will have to return the amount with the interest and that's the way it has to be. But yes they can not black mail yo for this and they need to follow a certain procedure to get the money back from you.
