I stay on top floor in a complex (Registered Soceity) and whatever things I keep on my rooftop it gets stolen from there. I suspect my next to door neighbour who is making this nuisance, but I have no proof against him. what can be the legal remedy. pl advice.

A.Dear Sir,
Police will investigate by taking into custody suspected persons. You may lodge complaint with police.

A.Dear client,
you can complain in the police station if the goods were stolen are expensive but however, it is recommended for you to get clear evidence prior hand by installing CCTV or other such things to know what exactly is going on and then talk to the society members about it as legal remedies may take time.
