I and my brother cleared all the dues by our own but the dues are our fathers dues but this time he wants 1/3 part of his father asserts he wants to approach court what can we do
A.Dear client,
when you all approach the court you can show the evidence of how much you have contributed to the dues and cleared. On the basis of that, the court will consider the amount invested into the assets of the property and then divide accordingly.
Thank you
