My vehicle was flood effected recently and and i have a zero depreciation insurance .As per the workshop report as the vehicle engine was immersed for for 4 hours the chances of getting cleared is very low and there are chances of further damages and total loss is the better option. But my surveyor or insurer is not allowing so what shall i do.?

A.Dear client,
You need to find out the reason why the insurer is not allowing it and if the insurance for the vehicle is less than 5 years old and also if you have used can it twice during the policy tenure. If these are not the cases then you can send them a legal notice about how they are bound to pay or you will file a suit against them.
Thank you
