Hi.. we are residing in our house since last 40 years.. but 3 yaar ago... a primary school is opened attached to my house,.which is creating lots of noise problem for me,.. i am unable to study... i asked them to close the window but they denied....now i am so much depressed about my upcoming exam.... can i find any legal way to close those windows

A.Dear Client,
You lodge a complaint with the local municipality and apprise them of the problem that you are facing. If the authority is not responding then fie a case in High Court against the authorities. Also check if they are operating school in the residential building without permission.
