I was handling a social media news channel which was created by some one else after few time it got registered from RNI by my name. before joining I didn't know that channel creator is from a criminal background person after getting RNI code he asking me again and again to pressure police and some politician for money and blackmailing for which i clear refuse so he remove me as admin from whole social media and now he is putting wrong and false news by RNI code
I gave an informational application to district police superintendent and local police station and a public notice to local news paper another day i show a legal notice on same news paper in which his advocate didn't mention any name of his client but he wrote that i forcefully registered news channel by my name and i was pressuring him which is totally wrong
Because you have already filed a police complaint, it will be seen as being in your favour. You may start collecting any and all evidence you may have against him and consult a professional moving forward.
