How to respond to past summons

I received a speed post letter on 14th December, 2021 asking me to appear in the Alipore civil court on 9th December, 2021. How to respond?

You need to contact a lawyer for the same alongwith the summon copy. After the lawyer has seen that and basis that summon he will guide you on the next course of action. If you are the respondent in that case then you will have to sign vakaltnama favouring the lawyer who would appear for you.
