Husband trying to dispose of self acquired property Husband trying to dispose of self acquired property

My husband a retired state govt employee bought a 2BHK flat. So it's his self acquired property. Husband and wife both are senior citizens (65+) and we both are married for more than 35 years.
Now husband is trying to dispose of this flat as the document are only in his name and as it's his self acquired property.
I don't have any other place to live apart from this only flat.
What options do i have to prevent the sale of this flat by my husband.
Can i send objection letter explaining my situation to local sub registrar and collector or to take any legal step. Please help.

A.Dear Client
What your husband is trying to do is although allowed by the law it being a self acquired property but at the same time he has legal and moral responsibility towards you to provide safety and shelter. Challenge his action of disposing the property.

A.Dear Client,
You need to file s petition under domestic violence act and seek injunction against him from disposal of the property. You need to show that u are residing in it and seek a protection order for residence under the act apart from other reliefs.
Thank You.

A.Without making any residential provision of you, as your husband is trying to dispose of his property where you are residing with him, then it amounts to torture upon you to make you homeless so you have to exercise your legal right to claim residence from your husband under The Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005,for maintenance and residence order including stay of sale of that Flat.
