My father in law had filled a case against some person on fraudently signing his document. Since father in law is expired , how to fight and continue this case ??

A.Dear Client,
Firstly, file the death certificate of your father before the court and file for permission of the court to pursue the complaint as his legal heir. Secondly, change the cause title of the plaint by way of an amendment.

A.To give opinion, it is necessary to scrutinize the papers of that Court case. If that is Civil matter,then his legal heirs and heiresses are entitled to proceed by name substitution through amendment of causetitle but if that is criminal matter, then after his death that matter cannot be continued further.
