Army person leave matter

I am serving JCO in Army. Going pension on 30 Apr 22. I put an application for 64 Days Annual Leave. My officer not in favour to give me full leave. My demand is that I want full AL and also 30days CL for the year 2022 before my pension. Help me how officer can be compelled for sanction for leave.

First of all CL cant be taken in a block as Casual leaves are for short period on one day or two to betaken for unseen reasons like falling sick. Annual leave can be taken in block but then it has to be approved by the higher ups. Just because you are going to retire and hence wish to use the leaves, the approving authority may not grant you the leave. What you can do is to have amicable discussion with him and request for the same.
