i am a second year student in a deemed University. i have paid the fees for the second year but now I wish to drop out. but the college are demanding full three year fees in order to give me my tc. am i supposed to pay the full fees if i have to drop out or are they wrong for doing so?

A.Dear client,
The college does not have any legal right to ask you for the full fees. You can send the college authorities a legal notice and threaten to proceed with further legal action if they do not abide.

A.Dear Client
What the college is asking for seems to be unjustified. Ask them since they are asking for full three years fee then will they provide a degree certificate even after you don't complete the course. Their ask is not fine and send them a legal notice through lawyer.
