Sir, my friend purchased 19.19 acres in 2003 through sale Deed , he has done grampanchayath layout with out mutation in revenue department after he have sold total plots, now the issue is which who have sole the land they have got telangana passbooks and getting rythu bandhu also, please let me know how to do the process complaint for the that passbook

As per Section 5 of The Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, you can effect change in Record of
Rights when right over the land acquired by way of sale, gift, mortgage, or exchange.
