How to claim possession of a share of land in mustrika (Joint land) buyed from a person back in 2010, the person had showed the different land at the time of registry but now he is giving diffrent land for possession which is not as valuable as the land shown earlier at the time of buying and is saying that he's not bound to give same land and can give any land in mustrika according to law. Can i get the same land back, what can i do now?

A.Dear Client
Whenever you buy a land or property then along with the sale deed or conveyance deed there must be a map showing the demarcation of the property. If that is mentioned in your deed then you can ask the seller to handover the same possession else you will have to go to court to resolve this.

A.Dear Client,
You must hire a lawyer for this particular issue as this question is very vague to answer on because land laws differ from state to state basis and you haven't mentioned from which state you are from.
Thankyou

A.Dear Sir,
It is not physically possible get same land as he might not be having such land. You have two options either to cancel the deal or accept compensation for deficiency.
