A.Your right to relief lies by raising your objection with the Secretary and Chairman of your Association/Society. Check the Bye-Laws and Regulation, if there's a clause wherein an occupier can be restrained from keeping pets should it litter around the common areas and common space. If there's such clause then serve a legal notice upon both the owner and occupier through the Secretary/Chairman. Involve the society people instead of you confronting this nuisance single armed.

A.Unless the cats are troubling you and crating nuisance to the neighbours there is no point in raising hue and cry. In case they are troubling then under the Law of Tort principles you or affected persons can certainly go for legal action against the cats owner.

A.If it is causing nuisance to you then you can issue a notice to the owner asking him to remove the tenant at the earliest.

A.hi. it entirely depends upon the Leave and Licence Agreement signed by the owner and the tenant. If the owner has put a clause refraining the tenant to entertain pets on his premises, you have a point. otherwise, legally you may not ask the owner to evacuate his tenant. However, if you are a member of that society, you may make a complaint in writing to the Society about your botheration.
