I filed a complaint against my fiance last year, charges 306,307,376,377,etc.
An Fir was not lodged as the accuse and his family pleaded and begged like anything to withdraw the complaint. There was a lot of emotional drama and blackmailing.I had to compromise and we got married with family consent and understanding and promises of being there and the things abuse etc not being repeated.Post marriage everything changed. Family vanished,I was left all alone,so called husband moved to other City and forced me to come there.has been ill treating me, demeaning and torturing me mentally and emotionally now.what can I do?
