I Have given money to one person and now he is not returning it back it's more than 6 yeamoners he taken money by telling that he will give 100% return in one year. Now my whole family is in stress my mother fell ill just because of that person, i have some voice recordings but i dont known what to do further..

You can approach the court and file a civil suit for recovery of money or a criminal suit for fraud/ breach of an agreement. You can also file a criminal complaint case in the court under section 420,406 IPC against both the parties for the refund of money paid, legal charges, interest for the period and compensation.
