"Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while there were four posts of TSP area and there was no reservation for any female candidate for grant of one post to female in the TSP area out of four posts and further only result of three persons has been declared on 9th February, 2019. Learned counsel submits that he has obtained information under the RTI that there was no reservation meant for woman candidates. The petitioner’s name was placed in the reserved list at No.1 although he should have been in the main list and offered appointment. Issue notice of the writ petition as well as the stay application, returnable within four weeks. In the meanwhile, one post shall be kept reserved for general male in TSP area for the post of Jail warder "This is an interim order of a writ petition, what is clear from the order and whether it is in favor of the petitioner or not After this interim order, the reply has also been filed by the department but after that the hearing has not taken place, on what basis will the final decision be taken?
