Dear Sir, I am from Maharashtra, My uncle was social worker. He did lot of work for our our village. In 2009 he did a project to solve the water problem of the villagers. This was self fund and self work right from digging the well and laying the pipe line. Later there was some dispute with another group of people (Sarpanch) over collection. Sarpanch and co formed another group and uprooted our pump and pipe line. For this there were two legal case filed one by uncle for taking our pump and pipes etc and another by Sarpanch and co. There case is under section 37 and our is under section 379,504,506,34. These case are running since 2011 but my uncle passed away last year due to Covid. I need some guidance about these cases. Please help
