Can they fill case against me on this matter?

My name is yashraj and i am 20 years old. The girl name is nikita and she is 20 years old too. We both used to go same school.after 10th standard we both are in reletion for 1 year. After getting cought by her father she suddenly stopped talking to me.it was back in 2019 August. Now few days ago i get her contact number from one of our common friend and i called her,but she didn't receive the call. After that day her dads calls my dad and told me to stay away from her, either i will file a complaint against you for stalking. So what should I do now. I have proof that we are in reletion ship another thing is i before also tried to contact her twice and same her dad calls my dad and complained about me. But not a single time the girl told me to stay away from her. Her dad comes in between always. As i didn't get Denial from her i keep on trying to contact her and now they are threatening me of filing case. What should I do?
