We have a partiton suit where final decree is given in 1996, execution petition was given in 2009. All the land is implemented, but due to the revenue act reforms in 2019 in Telangana , our land is recorded back to people from whom we got through partition suit. Can we file second execution again, please help with the way forward.

A.Dear Client
There seems to be something wrong here. If the court order says that the land is to be partitioned and given to the parties then how come the revenue department record the land to somebody's else's name.
You need to give representation to the department for correction as per the court order and if they don't do then file case in the court.

A.Dear Client,
Can initiate execution proceedings. In case of joint decree holders one or more of them can also file execution petition with the permission of the court and the court is to make such orders as are required to protect the interests other decree holders who has not joined in executing the decree.
Thankyou
