My father has been abusing us (My mother-54 yrs, my elder brother- 26 yrs and myself -24 yrs) He has been denying us our right to property as well and is threatening us to commit suicide and blame us and kill us as well. A police complaint was filed on 5 Feb 2022 but to no avail. He received a call from the Police station after which he has been Taunting us and indirectly trying to hit us as well. I need help ASAP regarding this.

A.Dear Sir,
Your mother can teach him a lesion by filling series of cases like domestic violence, maintenance and can seek injunction order restraining him from transferring the property to anybody.

A.Dear Client,
The victim of domestic violence or any witness of the offence, on her behalf, can file an FIR/complaint with the local police officer, or the protection officer, or service provider, or directly to the Magistrate.
Thankyou
