Property-mortgage loan from bank

My father was a bank Jnd collector, my parents had taken a mortgage loan from the above bank, they have repaid it, But the bank says that my father froud with those acount. they refuse to return our deed, in this case , the deed is in the joint of our parents , they tells us to repay of that heavy amount.
My father was comitted suicide in this situation ..
Now am asking that what will its end.?

If the bank is not returning your deeds then send them a legal notice followed by a case against them in proper court or forum for the deficiency of services and illegally holding the deeds.
