My husband was already divorce what I married him. He showed me divorce degree certificate and gave some reason about his divorce that his ex wife is not of good character. We got married now its been 6 years with 2 kids. He is harrasing me mentally now and abusing me and family for smalll things. now he started physcically also. in this 6 year I came to know that he did same thing with his ex-wife also. Now he is blaming me only in return and acting as if he cares wife. He is playing double game. I want to know in detail about what had happended with his ex wife. I would like to apply for copy of certificate regarding his divorce in detail. Is it possible for me to get those information if I go legally as his wife
As an advocate I would suggest you to think what you want to do
Whether you want to file as case against your husband or you want to divorce him or you want separation from him because doing investigation won't solve your problem further, it might get you in trouble.
