UNCLE TRY TO SELL GRANDPA'S HOUSE (After my fathers death)

Dear Sirs,
Good Day to everyone ! Kindly request your advise on this matter...
My Late Grandfather had Four(4) Children, out of which My father and one of my aunt died. the other aunt who is (my farher's sister, Aged 60 years and single) lives alone in my Grand father's house in Lucknow.
I am a single daughter to my Father. Living in Mumbai.
My Uncle (Fathers younger brother) has two sons they are living in Dule, Maharastra.
Currently my uncle trying to get my aunt out of the home in the pretext of her health and living alone etc. and try to sell the house without my knowledge. which means he don't want to give my fathers share to me, because my father is no more.

As you legal experts at lucknow, i would kindly request you to suggest and guide me what should i do in order to protect the property without getting sold in the absence of my knowledge.

A.You should be file partition suit and get injunction order from court.Kindly contact or visit to vidhikarya lawyer office for proper legal advise and procedure

A.File a partition suit and get injunction order against your uncle from selling the property. Get an order from court for the publication in two local newspaper of Lucknow, forbidding anyone from entering into any sort of sale deed etc. If that happens it will be a void agreement.

A.You have issue a legsal notice claiming you share in the undevided property and for any unilateral action on your part you can approach the competent jursidiction for claiming your part of the share.Better to organise remaing state holder and protect your and others interest br opposing sale or dispose of the property.

A.You should sue for partition and permanent injunction. If in the meanwhile joint property is sold you will have to sue for declaration also.
