I have not received the court notice because I have shifted I have not received the court notice because I have shifted

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased a land in 2005 and sold it in 2010. It seems that the family members of the seller through whom I had purchased the land in 2005 have filed a case in 2015 stating some of the family members were unaware about the property deal and had not signed during the registration.
Since I stay in a rented house and have shifted many houses from 2005, I have not received a single notice from the court and I was totally unaware about the case. I got to know about this case only when I visited the land recently. Will this become a problem for me?
