Father's middle name missing from class X and XII admit card and marksheet
2 years ago
I am from CISCE board. My father's full name has a middle name (XXXXXX YYYY ZZZZ) but in my class X and XII admit card and marksheets, it is printed XXXXXX ZZZZ with a missing middle name. Will an affidavit from first class magistrate be enough for this?
A.Dear Client,
As per the facts stated an affidavit along with the application should be enough to get it changed.
Thank you!

A.Dear Sir,
It may not cause any difficulty for you to get passport etc... If you produce other documents of your father. It will be a long process to change your father's name in your academic records.

Yes an affidavit from a first class magistrate will do the needful and wherever you apply further you can appendage the copy the affidavit along with your applications. Alternatively if you want to change the certificate then you can reach out to the board.
