Doubt regarding Caveat
The caveator is sending caveat notice every 3 months. He is filing caveat to stop me from getting injunction order. Does that affect my rights over the property getting repetitive caveat notices every 3 months
A.Dear client,
Yes, it does affect your rights over the property. The court will pass orders only by hearing the matters on both the sides.
Thank you.

A.Dear Sir,
You can file it your case with a notice to other party & after hearing both the parties court may issue injunction order in your favour if you have merits.

This question is not simple that it can be answered just like that without looking at the notices as well as your case papers. As far as caveat is concerned the caveator should file a caveat petition in the court which will be better than sending notice.
