Sir, i had bought a land from my uncle in 2012, but my uncle had already sold the same land to someone else in 2009, the person in 2009 filed an FIR against me and my uncle under 420 through court 156/3 , sir i have bought that land by paying money, and i don't even live in that village for 20 years, the police investigation officer has also asked for chargesheet in my case, the person from 2009 didn't even get his dakhil khaarij, and i was in 2012 i have also got dakhil khaarij after buying land, sir what should i do now.

A.Dear client,
since your uncle had sold the land to another person even though you have paid the money, he is liable for fraud and there shall a case instituted against him for paying your money bac.

A.Dear Client
You need to file two cases against your uncle. One a civil case to get back your money that you have paid to him and second a criminal case of cheating and fraud.
For the case which is going against you can show the above cases as the testimony that you are not part of the crime.
