Claiming for property - We have 1 acre agricultural land

We have 1 acre agricultural land. In the will, my grandfather has written wrong survey number. My father was cultivating from almost 30 years. Now that my dad is no more, my dad's sister says it belongs to her as it's next to her land and she has owners paper but her survey number is different. Another problem is that it is not in my grandfather's name as he was tenant , it belongs to someone else and they are nowhere to be found as they have migrated from there long before 40 years. My dad has setup borewell there and has paid tax from 2004 to 2014, my mom is paying from 2014. What do we do to make that in our name ?

As the legal owner of the property is nowhere to be found and tenant will be the legal owner only by the approval of the count. Obtain the property survey number in the registration office.
