Seller A ( only one daughter ) got the the property by her Father B, through sale deed on 1948 . In that deed there is two khata , khata no. 8 and 12. Now, during the pendency of title suit B was sold some land to her daughter A of khata no. 8 and again A was sold the similar land to someone else. So due to some dispute and and illegal transfer the lower court, Appellate Court and then High court declared that the sale deed of ' A ' what she got by her father ' B ' was Void and Inoperative. And Court declared whole deed is null and void.
Now my question is that there is two khata in that deed khata 8 and 12 . Due to khata 8 whole deed is declared null and void. If any transfer is made by ' A ' for khata no. 12 through that null and void deed , will it be legal and genuine transfer ?
