as along the case is pending and you are under trial you are not a convict and hence on the basis of trial one can not bar you from joining the job. But yes you will have to disclose the fact during joining the organization

A.You can join the job if your company allows your joining after proper background verification and police verification checks because no person can be called an accused or guilty unless the crime has been proved against such person. Hence you are not guilty unless it is proven therefore for the time being in force you can join the job but after your trial if the court finds you guilty then your company shall terminate you from the job at any point of time without any notice period only.
