The State Health Society has provided me in writing through several letters before a training funded by SHS from Delhi that after successful completion of the training I have to work in the field of public health management faculty and TAKEN A Bond-Agreement to serve for 5 years. Now they are not providing me promised work. Can I file a writ petition at High Court? Is this also an act of fraudulent? what sections can be applied? Can I ask for compensation for wasting and harassing me for one year unnecessary for training? etc.

A.Dear Client
There has been a breach of contract in your case. You may terminate the contract and to claim damages for the entire contract, i.e. for the part, which was performed, and also for the part of contract, which it was prevented from performing. Or, you may also visit civil court for the same.
Thanks
