Accuse has been evicted the house as per court order but he still uses the same address in legal affidavit to court in his aadhar card just to avoid the NBW and arrest. is there any law which prohibits him to use that address. I know I can file case against him in 340 crpc act

A.Hello Sir!

I've perused the contents of your query and in this situation either you can file a complaint at the police station or you can write an application to the concerned court stating the court to verify the address through the investigation officer.

Hope this clarifies your query and requirement.

Thank You!
