Rent is not paid for 25 months

I have GTL tower on my own property, around 25 months i am not getting rent from the company, please advice what should i do? and we have a agreement of 20yr with company.

A.Contact to a legal professional with copy of lease agreement and send a legal notice to GTL.

A.send legal notice through counsel stating termination of agreement and for making payment of rent arears. more and perfect advise can be given, if you provide copy of lease agreement.

A.Need to review the termination clause of the lease agreement. Since the company has already defaulted in making payments for 25 months, you should send a legal notice through a lawyer.

A.You can sent a legal notice demanding the tenant to pay the balance rent due and also to vaccate the premises by terminating the agreement by cancelling it as per the terms of the agreement.After sending the notice you can file a petition in the rent control court or in the concerned civil court for the payment of arrears of rent
